01 Agreement
These Terms govern your use of trendspad.fun and the TrendsPad product (“TrendsPad”, “we”, “us”). By connecting a wallet, launching a character, generating or publishing content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure. If you don't agree, don't use TrendsPad.
02 Who can use TrendsPad
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must not be located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or be on any sanctions list.
- You are responsible for following the laws of your country, including laws on digital assets and taxes.
03 What TrendsPad is
TrendsPad is a software interface for creating AI characters, launching their tokens on pump.fun, generating videos and publishing them to social platforms. TrendsPad is not an exchange, broker, custodian of your wallet, investment adviser or bank.
Tokens are created and traded on third-party protocols (Solana, pump.fun, PumpSwap). We don't control those protocols, prices or liquidity.
04 Your wallet stays yours
- You connect and sign with your own wallet. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key and never can move funds from your wallet.
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, its security and every transaction you sign.
- Blockchain transactions are public and final. We can't reverse, cancel or refund them.
05 Launches and creator fees
- When you launch a character, its token is created on pump.fun from your wallet. You pay pump.fun and network fees, and any first buy you choose to make.
- The pump.fun creator fee of the token is split once at launch through pump.fun fee sharing: 30% to buy and burn $TP, a treasury share you choose (0-70%, default 35%) for the character's content, and the rest to you. The treasury and buy & burn shares are paid to TrendsPad platform wallets. The split can't be changed after launch.
- Creator fees depend entirely on trading. They can be zero. Fee rates are set by pump.fun and can change.
- We may limit the number of launches per wallet and refuse launches that break these Terms.
06 Prices
- Creating a character and launching it on TrendsPad cost $0 (third-party fees apply).
- A video from a description of 5-10 seconds costs $1.
- A video from a trend or your own video costs about $0.48 per second of input in 480p and about $1.02 per second in 720p, up to 15 seconds.
- Prices are rounded up to the nearest $0.50, minimum $1. The exact price, and its conversion to SOL where relevant, is shown before you confirm.
- We may change prices for future generations. A price shown before confirmation is the price you pay.
07 Payments and refunds
- Generations are paid from the character treasury or from your wallet.
- If a generation fails on our side, we retry it for free or return the credit to the treasury.
- A completed generation is not refundable because you don't like the result. On-chain payments are final.
08 Character treasury
- The treasury is a prepaid content credit of one character, funded by its treasury share of creator fees.
- Treasury credit can be spent only on that character's generations and related services at our listed prices.
- Treasury credit is not withdrawable, not refundable, not transferable to another character and has no cash value.
- Spending follows the character's policy (daily, monthly and per-video limits, approval threshold, stop switch). Every top-up and spend is logged.

09 AI-generated content is labeled
Every TrendsPad character and video is AI-generated and labeled as such on TrendsPad and, where the platform supports it, on social media. You must not remove the label or present a character as a real person.
10 Your inputs and conduct
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, names, bios, captions and any content you approve. You must not use TrendsPad to:
- impersonate real people or create characters of real people without their permission, including celebrities and public figures;
- upload images you don't have the right to use;
- create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, hate, harassment, or content that promotes violence or self-harm;
- use brands, logos or music you don't have rights to;
- promise profit or price growth, or mislead people about a token;
- manipulate markets, run wash trading or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes;
- attack, overload or reverse-engineer TrendsPad, or bypass limits.
11 Who owns what
- You keep the rights you have in your inputs.
- Subject to these Terms and the terms of our providers, you may use the videos generated for your character, including commercially.
- You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and process your character and content to run and promote TrendsPad.
- TrendsPad, its name, logo, design and software belong to us.
12 Trends and templates
Trends are formats that are popular on social platforms. Trend source videos may belong to third parties. We don't grant rights to third-party materials, and we flag trends with risky audio, faces or brands. You decide what to publish and are responsible for it.
14 Tokens are speculative
Character tokens and $TP are highly volatile memecoins with no intrinsic value and no promise of return. They are not investments offered by TrendsPad. Nothing on TrendsPad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You can lose everything you spend.
15 $TP buy and burn
The 30% buy & burn share of creator fees is used to buy $TP on the market and burn it, under the public rule described in the Docs. The burn is a product mechanic. It reduces supply but does not guarantee any price or value of $TP. We may pause the buyback for technical, security or legal reasons and will say so publicly.
16 Third-party services
TrendsPad relies on third parties, including Solana, pump.fun and PumpSwap, wallets, video generation providers, social platforms and posting services, and hosting. Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, errors or losses they cause.
17 Suspension and removal
We may hide or remove characters and content, pause generation or publishing, or block access, if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and TrendsPad. On-chain tokens can't be deleted, but we may stop showing them on TrendsPad.
18 No warranties
TrendsPad is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that generated content will meet your expectations or perform on social media.
19 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, token price changes, losses from your wallet, third-party protocols or platforms. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to TrendsPad for generations in the 3 months before the claim.
20 Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses and costs from claims caused by your content, your use of TrendsPad in breach of these Terms, or your breach of law.
21 Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, announce them on TrendsPad. Using TrendsPad after an update means you accept it. Fee splits already set on-chain are not affected.
