01 What we collect
- Wallet address you connect, and the public on-chain data linked to it.
- Character data: name, bio, ticker, traits, prompts, generated images and videos, treasury and policy settings.
- Uploads: reference photos and videos you choose to upload.
- Social connections: the account name and an internal ID of each connected account. Access tokens are held by the posting service, not by us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We don't ask for your name, email or phone number to use TrendsPad. If you contact us, we keep what you send.
02 How we use it
- to create your character, generate and publish content you request;
- to run fee sharing, the treasury, spending policies and the $TP burn;
- to show public character pages and statistics;
- to keep TrendsPad secure, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms;
- to meet legal obligations.
03 Legal bases
We process data to perform our agreement with you (providing TrendsPad), for our legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse, improving the product), to comply with law, and with your consent where required, for example when you connect a social account.
05 Public by nature
Blockchains are public. Your wallet address, launches, trades, fee splits and burns are visible to anyone and can't be deleted. Character pages, published videos and captions are public by design.
06 Retention
We keep character data and content while the character exists on TrendsPad. Uploads used only as a reference can be deleted on request. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security. Financial records (treasury and burn logs) are kept as long as needed for accounting and verification.
07 Security
Secrets and provider keys stay on the server, platform wallets are operated by an isolated signer with limits, and access to data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your wallet safe and never share your seed phrase.
09 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to a data protection authority. We can't delete on-chain data. Contact us to use your rights.
10 International transfers
Our providers may process data in different countries. We use providers with appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11 Children
TrendsPad is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
12 Changes and contact
