01 You can lose everything
Character tokens and $TP are memecoins. Most memecoins lose most or all of their value. Only spend what you can afford to lose completely. Nothing on TrendsPad is investment advice, and we make no promise of profit, price or return.
02 Volatility and liquidity
Prices can move by 90% or more within minutes. Liquidity can be thin or disappear, so you may not be able to sell at the price you see, or at all. Large holders can sell at any time.
03 How pump.fun works
- Tokens start on a bonding curve: the price rises as people buy and falls as they sell.
- When the curve completes, the token graduates to PumpSwap, where price depends on the liquidity pool.
- Automated trading bots (snipers) often buy in the first seconds of a launch and sell soon after.
- pump.fun sets its own fees and rules and can change them. TrendsPad does not control pump.fun.
04 Smart contract and network risk
Programs on Solana, including pump.fun and PumpSwap, can have bugs or be exploited. The Solana network can slow down, halt or fail transactions. Fees can spike.
05 Transactions are final
Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. A wrong address, a wrong amount or a malicious signature can't be undone by us or anyone else.
06 Wallet security
You alone control your wallet. Never share your seed phrase. TrendsPad will never ask for it. Check what you sign. Fake sites and fake support accounts exist: use only trendspad.fun and our official channels.
07 Legal and tax uncertainty
Rules for digital assets differ by country and change often. Tokens may be restricted where you live. You are responsible for compliance and taxes. Legal changes may force us to limit or stop parts of TrendsPad.
08 Fee sharing and platform wallets
- The treasury share and the buy & burn share of creator fees are paid to TrendsPad platform wallets and accounted per character.
- These wallets are operated by an isolated signer with limits, but they are still a single point of risk: bugs, outages or security incidents can affect them.
- The buyback runs by a public rule. It can be paused for technical, security or legal reasons. Burning reduces supply but does not support any price.
09 Treasury and generation costs
Treasury income depends on trading and can stop. An empty treasury can't pay for videos. Treasury credit is not withdrawable or refundable. Our prices and provider costs can change for future generations.
10 AI content risks
AI generation can produce mistakes, artifacts or results that look different from what you expected, including changes to the character's look. Generated content can resemble existing works. You review and approve what gets published and are responsible for it.
12 Trends and providers can change
Trends fade fast. Video generation providers, posting services and data sources can change, raise prices or stop working. Features may change or be discontinued.
13 Report a problem
Found a bug, a scam using our name or harmful content? Tell us through the official TrendsPad channels linked in the site footer.
11 Social platform risks
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube can limit reach, remove AI content, restrict or ban accounts, and change their rules or APIs at any time. Views and followers are never guaranteed.
